Matthew Fowler, AGNP-C
Nurse Practitioner

Matt Fowler is an Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner who graduated from Boise State for both his undergraduate and graduate degrees. He has served the Treasure Valley in various roles and healthcare settings for over 12 years  and honed his skills in the Emergency Room and ICU settings at the local trauma hospital before transitioning to outpatient psychiatric medication management serving those with mental illness and co-occurring addiction issues for the last 5 years. As a provider, he prides himself in working collaboratively with clients to understand their unique needs and develop personalized treatment plans aimed at improving mental wellness and quality of life. Matt specializes in managing a wide range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and ADHD. My approach integrates clinical expertise with a supportive, patient-centered focus to ensure clients feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout their care journey.

When he is not working, he enjoys spending time watching football, discovering new places, and traveling with his wife and two spoiled English Labradors.

Suzanne Albert, LCSW
Psychotherapist

Suzy Albert is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker focused in the areas of addiction, mental health, and co-occurring disorders. She earned both her graduate and undergraduate degrees in Social Work from Boise State University and has diverse experience in the mental health field working with adults, adolescents, and justice system-involved patients in various treatment settings. Suzy utilizes a variety of skills and techniques drawn from evidence-based treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused, and Psychoeducation. Her therapeutic approach includes a trauma-informed lens and employs strengths-based and client-centered perspectives and strategies within her practice. Suzy believes in developing an effective therapeutic relationship with her patients through compassion and understanding. She strives to create a supportive environment to help identify and address strengths, challenges, needs, goals, motivations for change, and personal growth. Suzy has worked all over the treasure valley ranging from Boise, Meridian, Nampa, Caldwell, and everywhere else that her services have been needed.

When Suzy is not working, she enjoys listening and watching true crime stories, trying new coffee shops, or visiting the coast with her husband and two English Labradors.
